Meet the creator of this course!
Dr. Goings is a physical therapist, CrossFitter, 10 year CrossFit trainer, mountain bike enthusiast, and course creator. After suffering a grade 3 AC joint separation in July 2021 while mountain biking, Dr. Goings set out to create a valuable educational online course, easy to follow video based protocol, and online support group for individuals recovering from non-surgical AC joint separations.
